Section 1-14-13 - Regulations prescribed by commissioner.

1-14-13. Regulations prescribed by commissioner. The commissioner of administration is empowered and it shall be his duty, to prescribe regulations, not inconsistent with law for the government of his bureau, the distribution and performance of its business, and the custody, use, and preservation of records, papers, books, and property pertaining thereto and on such other subjects as the law may specifically authorize him to make regulations.
