Section 1-14-12.18 - Agreement for joint exercise of governmental power.
1-14-12.18. Agreement for joint exercise of governmental power. To effectuate the purposes of §§ 1-14-12, 1-14-12.12 to 1-14-12.18, inclusive, and 1-14-14 to 1-14-14.2, inclusive, all political subdivisions and public corporations of this state may provide and enter into an agreement for the joint exercise of governmental power with the Bureau of Administration.Source: SL 1988, ch 11, § 8.
