Section 1-13-14 - First or second class municipality participation in unified teleprinter network--Application--Equipment furnished to police department.
1-13-14. First or second class municipality participation in unified teleprinter network--Application--Equipment furnished to police department. Any first or second class municipality may apply to participate in the unified teleprinter network. If the application is approved by the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications, the participating municipality shall furnish its police department with a teleprinter and other necessary equipment of a type specified by the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications.Source: SL 1975, ch 11, § 3; SL 1992, ch 60, § 2; SL 2001, ch 7, § 3.
