1-13-11. Unified teleprinter network authorized--Equipment purchased or leased. The Bureau of Information and Telecommunications may establish a unified teleprinter network to interconnect various law enforcement agencies in South Dakota by written communications. The Bureau of Information and Telecommunications may also purchase or lease the necessary teleprinters and other apparatus and equipment to construct, maintain, and control the teleprinter communications network.Source: SL 1975, ch 11, § 1; SL 2001, ch 7, § 1.
