Section 1-11-3 - Traveling expenses.
1-11-3. Traveling expenses. There shall be paid to the attorney general all his necessary traveling expenses including food and lodging incurred while journeying in the performance of the duties of his office, to be paid upon an itemized statement verified by oath.Source: SDC 1939, § 55.1507; SL 1947, ch 242, § 1.
