1-10-5. Teen court grant program established--Purpose. The teen court grant program is hereby established in the Office of the State Treasurer. The purpose of the grant program is to support the development, growth, quality, and continuation of teen court programs in South Dakota through grants awarded by the South Dakota Teen Court Association.Source: SL 2007, ch 3, § 1, eff.
