Section 1-10-2 - Annual report to Governor--Contents.
1-10-2. Annual report to Governor--Contents. The state treasurer shall make an annual report to the Governor. Such report shall fully disclose the transactions of the treasurer's office, the condition of the various funds and the state indebtedness. It shall show a full and true exhibit of the state of the public accounts and funds as contemplated by section 12, article XI, of the State Constitution, the amount by him received, the amount paid out during the preceding fiscal year ended on the thirtieth day of June, and the balance remaining in the treasury.Source: SDC 1939, § 55.1407; SL 1980, ch 23, § 7.
