     61-1-36.   Week of unemployment defined. For the purposes of this title, an individual is considered unemployed in any calendar week during which he performs no service and with respect to which no wages or earnings are payable to him, or in any week of less than full-time work, if the wages or earnings payable to him, with respect to the week, are less than his weekly benefit amount.
