     60-12-9.   Seats for children--Misdemeanor. In every mercantile or manufacturing establishment, hotel, or restaurant where children are employed suitable seats must be maintained in the room where such employees work and such use thereof permitted as may be necessary for preservation of the health of such employees. Violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
