2006 South Dakota Code - 52-6A-1 — Remote service unit defined.

     52-6A-1.   Remote service unit defined. The term "remote service unit" as used in this chapter shall mean a manned or unmanned device located separate and apart from an association, branch or branch office through or by means of which information relating to banking services rendered to the public is electronically stored and transmitted, whether instantaneously or otherwise, to an association.
