     52-5-10.   Donations for charitable, scientific, religious, or educational purposes--Authority of domestic association to make. An incorporated association operating under the provisions of this title shall have the power to make donations in reasonable amounts for the public welfare or for charitable, scientific, religious or educational purposes.
