     41-2-8.   Annual meeting of commission--Chairman and vice-chairman--Additional meetings. The Game, Fish and Parks Commission shall meet and hold their annual meeting at the capitol to elect a chairman and vice-chairman for the ensuing year, and to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, and additional meetings may be held from time to time at such time and places as may be determined by the commission.
