2006 South Dakota Code - 41-2-11 — Employment of conservation officers--Qualifications--Career service.

     41-2-11.   Employment of conservation officers--Qualifications--Career service. The Department of Game, Fish and Parks shall have authority to employ an adequate force of conservation officers to enforce the provisions of this title. Conservation officers shall meet requirements as to education and training of law enforcement officers provided pursuant to chapter 23-3. The provisions of chapter 3-6A shall apply to conservation officers so employed.
