36-6A-12. Removal of member--Disqualification of member subject to disciplinary proceedings. A member of the Board of Dentistry may be removed from office for cause, or if he is physically or mentally unable to carry out his duties as a board member, or if found guilty of a violation of any provision of § 36-6A-59. A board member subject to disciplinary proceedings shall disqualify himself from board business until the charge is adjudicated.Source: SL 1981, ch 275, § 6; SL 1992, ch 269, § 11.
