2006 South Dakota Code - 36-4A-9 — Licensure of person certified by another state.

     36-4A-9.   Licensure of person certified by another state. The board may license as a physician assistant in this state, without examination, a person who has been so certified or licensed by examination in another state of the United States which has requirements substantially equivalent to those in this chapter and who meets all requirements of this chapter other than examination.
