2006 South Dakota Code - 36-34-4 — Removal of member by Governor--Vacancy.
36-34-4. Removal of member by Governor--Vacancy. The Governor may remove any member of the board for cause. If there is a vacancy on the board the Governor shall appoint a new member to serve the unexpired term. No member of the board may serve for more than three successive full terms.
