36-34-26. Valid certification or registration--Allegations--Burden of proof. In the prosecution of any person for violation of this chapter, it is not necessary to allege or prove lack of valid certification. Proof of certification or registration is a matter of defense to be established by the defendant.Source: SL 2004, ch 253, § 27.
