2006 South Dakota Code - 36-15-20.1 — Reinstatement of lapsed licenses and renewals--Fee.

     36-15-20.1.   Reinstatement of lapsed licenses and renewals--Fee. The commission shall promulgate reasonable rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning the reinstatement of lapsed licenses and lapsed renewals required by this chapter. The commission shall by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 establish the fee, which may not be greater than ten dollars for each year that such license or renewal has lapsed. The commission shall also collect the fee for such license and renewal as otherwise required by this chapter.
