     36-11-52.   Sale of nonprescription drugs by licensed dealers permitted. Nothing in this chapter may be construed to prevent the sale, at retail, of nonprescription drugs by a pharmacy nor to prevent the sale of a nonprescription drug in the original package by any retail place of business licensed by the board to sell nonprescription drugs.
