2006 South Dakota Code - 36-11-30 — Registration and permit required for operation of pharmacy--Violation asmisdemeanor.
36-11-30. Registration and permit required for operation of pharmacy--Violation as misdemeanor. No pharmacy shall open or be kept open for transaction of business until it has been registered and a permit issued by the State Board of Pharmacy. A violation
of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day of violation is
a separate offense.
