2006 South Dakota Code - 35-2-1.1 — Applications to be submitted to secretary--Approval or disapproval.

     35-2-1.1.   Applications to be submitted to secretary--Approval or disapproval. All applications under this title for manufacturer, distiller, wholesaler, solicitor, transporter, carrier, and dispenser licenses, and all applications for licenses to be issued to counties and municipalities shall be initially submitted to the secretary who shall have discretion to approve or disapprove the applications depending on whether he deems the applicant a suitable person to hold such license and whether he considers the proposed location suitable.
