2006 South Dakota Code - 32-5-114 — Fee for firefighters plates.

     32-5-114.   Fee for firefighters plates. Each person receiving firefighter distinctive number plates shall pay a fee therefor which shall be fixed by the Department of Revenue and Regulation so as to reimburse the State of South Dakota for the cost of producing such special number plates. All fees collected under this section shall be placed in the license plate special revenue fund, as provided under § 32-5-67.
