32-22-49. Definitions for purposes of preceding sections. When used in §§ 32-22-47 and 32- 22-48 the term:
(1) "Person" means any person, firm,
association, or corporation;
(2) "Vehicle" means any motor vehicle,
truck, trailer, semitrailer, or tractor.
