     32-22-36.   Permitted vehicles declared common carriers--Designation of terminals. The operators of vehicles authorized by § 32-22-34 are hereby declared common carriers and, except where in conflict with §§ 32-22-34 to 32-22-37, inclusive, shall be subject to the same law, rules, and regulations as other motor carriers for hire. Such motor carriers shall pick up and deliver commodities only at communities into or through which such abandoned railroad operated and at such railway point or points as may be designated by the Department of Transportation.
