2006 South Dakota Code - 3-7-7 — Equal pay for equal work--Adoption of rules authorized.

     3-7-7.   Equal pay for equal work--Adoption of rules authorized. The Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission may, pursuant to chapter 1-26, adopt rules for a pay system that assures equal pay for equal work.
