2006 South Dakota Code - 3-7-3 — Officers of commission--Meetings--Quorum.
3-7-3. Officers of commission--Meetings--Quorum. The Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission at each annual meeting shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman for the ensuing year. The commission shall meet at all necessary times at the call of the chairman, or a majority of the commission.
