2006 South Dakota Code - 3-7-25 — Discrimination prohibited--Political affiliation--Age or disability--Exceptions.

     3-7-25.   Discrimination prohibited--Political affiliation--Age or disability--Exceptions. Discrimination on the basis of political affiliation is prohibited. Discrimination on the basis of age above and including the age of forty or physical disability is prohibited except where specific age or physical requirements constitute demonstrated and bona fide occupational qualifications necessary for effective work performance.
