2006 South Dakota Code - 3-7-23 — Labor contracts and settlements--Personnel commissioner to approve or reject.

     3-7-23.   Labor contracts and settlements--Personnel commissioner to approve or reject. The personnel commissioner shall give final approval or rejection to all negotiated labor contracts and settlements based on compliance with this chapter and the rules of the Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission.
