     3-7-18.   Rules promulgated by commission. The Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission shall make rules to carry out the purposes of this chapter, and for examinations, appointments, transfers, discipline, retirement, standards of conduct, adverse action, political activity in employment, hours of work, equal opportunity, complaints, grievances and appeals to the commission, and for maintaining and keeping records of efficiency of officers and employees. These rules shall be adopted in accordance with §§ 1-26-2 to 1-26-14, inclusive.
