2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6A-6 — Meetings of commission--Chairman--Quorum.

     3-6A-6.   Meetings of commission--Chairman--Quorum. The Career Service Commission shall hold regular meetings at least once in each quarter of each year, and special meetings may be held at the call of the chairman or by request of a majority of the members. Notice of the time and place of each meeting shall be given in writing at least five days in advance. The commission shall elect one of its members as chairman at its first meeting in each year. Three members shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business.
