     3-6A-4.   Career Service Commission created--Political affiliations of members--Appointment and terms--Vacancies. There is created a Career Service Commission. The Career Service Commission shall be constituted of five members, not all of whom shall be of the same political party, and the members shall be appointed by the Governor for four-year terms, with the advice and consent of the Senate. The terms of members of the Career Service Commission who are first appointed after the effective date of this order shall be: one appointed for a term of one year; one appointed for a term of two years; two for a term of three years; and one for a term of four years, and such initial terms shall be designated by the Governor. Any member appointed to fill a vacancy arising from other than the natural expiration of a term shall serve for only the unexpired portion of the term.
