     3-6A-36.   Rules governing conditions of work and grievance procedures. The Career Service Commission shall have authority, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to adopt rules for the discipline, retirement, standards of conduct, adverse actions, political activity in employment, hours of work, equal opportunity, complaints, grievances and appeals to the commission for career service personnel and reductions in force due to nondisciplinary reasons.
