2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6A-29 — Pay system rules.

     3-6A-29.   Pay system rules. The career service commission shall have authority, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to adopt rules for a statewide pay system which assures the principle of equal pay for equal work applying to positions existing in the career service.
