2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6A-19 — Commissioner as secretary to commission.

     3-6A-19.   Commissioner as secretary to commission. The personnel commissioner shall have the duty, responsibility, and authority to act as secretary to the Career Service Commission and assist the commission in developing personnel rules.
