3-6A-18. Institutions and organizations to benefit from improvement of standards. The Career Service Commission shall have the power and it shall be its duty to foster the interest of institutions of learning and of industrial, civic, professional and employee organizations in the improvement of personnel standards in the career service.Source: SL 1973, ch 23, § 14 (3).
