2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6A-17 — Advice to Governor and commissioner from commission.

     3-6A-17.   Advice to Governor and commissioner from commission. The Career Service Commission shall have the power and it shall be its duty to advise the Governor and the personnel commissioner on problems concerning the state personnel management program.
