2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6A-14.1 — Veterans\' preferences unimpaired.

     3-6A-14.1.   Veterans' preferences unimpaired. Nothing contained in this chapter, unless otherwise provided by law, shall be construed to repeal or modify any state statute creating special rights or preference for veterans.
