2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6A-1 — Purpose of chapter.

     3-6A-1.   Purpose of chapter. The purpose of this chapter is to establish a system of career service personnel management for the executive branch of state government based on merit principles and scientific methods governing the appointment, promotion, compensation, removal, transfer, and other matters related to personnel management.
