3-6-32. Disaster service not to affect other benefits. Any absence approved under § 3-6-31 for disaster service volunteers does not affect the employee's right to receive normal vacation, sick leave, bonus, advancement, and other advantages of employment.Source: SL 1996, ch 26, § 2.
