2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6-26 — Freedom of speech of officers and employees guaranteed.

     3-6-26.   Freedom of speech of officers and employees guaranteed. It is the policy of the State of South Dakota that citizens of this state and of the United States shall not be deprived of their freedom of speech guaranteed them by the constitutions of the United States of America and of the State of South Dakota, by reason of the fact that they are state officers and employees.
