     3-6-10.1.   Rules governing leaves of absence and other benefits. The Career Service Commission provided for by chapter 3-6A may, pursuant to chapter 1-26, adopt rules to further define the types of leave permitted to be taken as sick leave, vacation leave, and leave of absence, including, but not limited to, child care, jury duty, military service, maternity, and education and other fringe benefits.
