2006 South Dakota Code - 3-13A-6 — Time for transfer of compensation to trust.

     3-13A-6.   Time for transfer of compensation to trust. All amounts of compensation subject to §§ 3-13A-1 to 3-13A-25, inclusive, shall be transferred to the trust within a period that is not longer than is reasonable for the proper administration of the accounts of participants.
