2006 South Dakota Code - 3-12A-8 — Discontinuance of contract and replacement.

     3-12A-8.   Discontinuance of contract and replacement. The commissioner may at the end of any contract period discontinue any contract or contracts it has executed with any insurance carrier and replace same with a contract or contracts with any other insurance carrier or carriers meeting the requirements of this chapter.
