2006 South Dakota Code - 3-12A-35 — Employer contribution of state employees workers\' compensation premium--Disbursement.

     3-12A-35.   Employer contribution of state employees workers' compensation premium-- Disbursement. The employer shall contribute on each and every payroll for an employee for each and every payroll period the amount of the state employees workers' compensation program premium, including any administrative expense. The employer shall transmit monthly the amount specified to be paid to the state treasurer. The state treasurer, after making a record of receipts, shall credit the state employees workers' compensation program with an amount equal to that remitted by the employer. The credit shall be assigned to the state employee workers' compensation program. The commissioner shall disburse the funds according to Title 62 and the rules adopted by the Department of Labor and the Bureau of Personnel pursuant to chapter 1-26.
