3-12A-33. Promulgation of rules and regulations to administer program. The Bureau of Personnel may promulgate the following rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to administer this program:
(1) To establish a procedure for a member
to elect to participate;
(2) To provide for the implementation and
collection of administrative fees;
(3) To coordinate the benefits plan with
the health insurance plan authorized in this chapter;
(4) To establish what benefits will be
offered pursuant to this chapter.
