2006 South Dakota Code - 3-12A-26 — Severability of provisions.

     3-12A-26.   Severability of provisions. If any part of this chapter is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this chapter and to that end the provisions of this chapter are severable.
