2006 South Dakota Code - 3-12A-20 — Separate premium billing rates for political subdivision employees.

     3-12A-20.   Separate premium billing rates for political subdivision employees. The premium billing ratio for all employees of affiliated political subdivisions may at the discretion of the Board of Trustees be computed separate from the premium billing rates for state employees.
