2006 South Dakota Code - 3-12A-18 — Coverage of retired employees.

     3-12A-18.   Coverage of retired employees. The contract or contracts may provide for health insurance for retiring employees and their spouses and dependents as defined by rules and regulations of the Bureau of Personnel, and on such terms as the commissioner may deem appropriate.
