2006 South Dakota Code - 3-12A-14 — Elective coverage of dependents.

     3-12A-14.   Elective coverage of dependents. Any eligible employee may select to have his dependent or dependents covered by each of the insurance plans. Such election shall be made at the time the employee becomes enrolled in the plan, under such procedures as the commissioner may establish.
