3-12-142. Disability documentation inadmissible for proceedings relative to workers' compensation. An application for disability benefits pursuant to this chapter, any associated evidence and documents, and the disability determination and decision related thereto shall be inadmissible and nondeterminative for any associated proceeding relative to Title 62.Source: SL 1995, ch 23, § 3.
